Healing through the body. Clarity through the mind. Meaning through the spirit.

Welcome

Healing is not just about understanding what happened to you.

It is about helping your body feel safe, your mind find clarity, and your spirit reconnect with purpose.

I’m Jisna Sujeesh, a mental health professional with over 10 years of international experience in clinical counselling and holistic wellness. My work integrates Somatic Psychotherapy, Behavioural Analysis, and Spiritual Research to support deep, sustainable Spiritual Counselling, using evidence based therapy techniques from Upanishads and vedas.

This space is for those who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and step into embodied healing.

I work at the intersection of science and soul. Rather than focusing only on thoughts and talk therapy, my approach recognizes that emotional experiences live in the nervous system, the body, and our learned behavioral patterns. By gently working with all three, healing becomes safer, deeper, and long-lasting.

My Approach

Somatic Psychotherapy – A Body-First Path

The body remembers what the mind may forget.

I support clients with:

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout

  • Nervous system dysregulation

  • Psychosomatic pain and fatigue

  • Strengthening mind–body awareness

Somatic psychotherapy helps release stored stress, trauma, and survival responses held within the nervous system. Sessions focus on awareness, regulation, and restoring a sense of internal safety.

Healing happens when the body no longer feels trapped in survival mode.

Behavioural Analysis – Structure for Change

Behavioural patterns shape how we think, feel, and respond to life. Using evidence-based behavioural analysis, I help clients understand how habits, triggers, and environments influence emotional wellbeing. This creates clarity and direction in the healing process.

This work supports:

  • Identifying and changing self-sabotaging patterns

  • Developing effective coping strategies

  • Supporting neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals

  • Tracking emotional and behavioural progress

Insight becomes transformation when it is practiced.

Spiritual Counseling – Meaning & Conscious Growth

Beyond healing symptoms, many people seek meaning.

Areas of focus include:

  • Emotional intelligence and spiritual maturity

  • Conscious aging and elder wellbeing

  • Integrating spirituality into daily life

  • Inner awareness, purpose, and balance

My spiritual research explores the Indian Knowledge System and the role of emotional intelligence in spiritual development. I study how ancient wisdom aligns with modern psychological understanding.

Spirituality, when grounded, becomes a source of resilience and peace.

Who I Work With

Sessions are trauma-informed, client-centered, and internationally accessible.

I work with individuals who:

  • Feel “stuck” despite insight and effort

  • Experience emotional overwhelm in the body

  • Are seeking holistic, integrative healing

  • Want depth, not quick fixes

  • Value both science and inner exploration

My Philosophy

I don’t aim to fix people.I help them return to their natural state of balance.

I believe:

  • Healing is not linear

  • Safety is the foundation of growth

  • The body is an ally

  • Behaviour can be relearned

  • Spiritual insight deepens psychological healing
